This property is one of my favorite Marriott properties for work. Very clean, great lobby bar and good food choices right in their parking lot. Guest service team is phenomenal here. From check in to check out. My only gripe is the charge for parking. IMO, $16/night is a bit steep for a big open parking lot. Room pricing is always competitive and it’s central to about anything you could need.
I'm truly delighted to have spent my stays at this incredible hotel. From the comfort of the rooms, to the cleanliness, to the excellent breakfast, but above all, the staff is the best, always willing to help, friendly, and attentive to guests' needs. It's a 5 in every respect.
Strategically located on the North Orlando Avenue with multiple amenities nearby. Home Foods, Nordstorm and many other are close by. Multiple restaurants are also located nearby. Staff is polite and amicable. There is a coffee station and a bar at the hotel. You can also get lite bites here. There is an open air Patio with a fire place and one can smoke there. Pretty airy in the evening. Rooms are clean and spacious. Toilets are clean. Do note, these are dry toilets. Good place for budget stay. Big parking lot with a lot of space is also available
Everything here is up to Marriott standards. Clean, well organized sweets, 24 hour fitness room and an excellent breakfast service. The staff is not only friendly but extra helpful. The best food is just meters away on the same side of Orlando street. Nordstrom Rack and Whoke foods across the street, but you might have to drive if you need to get to other parts of Winter Park. Free convenient parking is another bonus.
We stay at this property frequently over the past three years and they exceed our expectations every time. The general manager and her entire staff are exceptional, accommodating and very friendly! The hotel is always in pristine condition from the lobby area to the rooms. They serve a nice hot breakfast and a fun happy hour! Very convenient location to shopping and excellent restaurants. If you are in the Winter Park/Maitland area it is THE place to stay! They make you feel like you are home :)
